Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I PAY?

50% of the total is due at the time of booking to secure the booking, this can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or payment link. The remainder is to be paid on the day when we arrive by cash or card. No performance will commence until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we have £5 million public liability insurance which covers any incident deemed to be at the fault of our staff or equipment.

DO YOU HAVE SET BOOKING TIMES?

We operate seven days per week. On our busier days (Saturday & Sunday) we generally try to keep to sessions that enable us to visit more than one party in a day, these slots are 11 am-1 pm & 2 pm-4 pm for 2-hour parties, and 11 am-12 pm or 2 pm-3 pm for 1-hour parties. We try to be as accommodating and flexible as possible so please do not hesitate to ask if your party falls outside these times.

CAN WE HAVE A DISCOUNT / FREE SHOW?

We offer a 15% discount to nurseries/pre-schools, charity events and Blue Light Card holders. Proof will be requested at the time of booking. Due to being a small, family-run business, we do not offer free bookings under any circumstances.
